This three-month cohort consulting program will develop interpersonal and communication skills that reduce misunderstandings and increase engagement.  This results in mental well-being and a healthy work culture.

What is disengagement

Disengaged employees often present as being a difficult employee.  This isn't always the case of a bad employee.  It's an employee who it struggling mentally to get through the day in a toxic workplace.  When ignored by managers or buisness owners, it snowballs like a cancer throughout an organization.

 One in every two workers has quit their job, in part, to get away from their manager.

Punctuality

They often are late to work.  Show up late to team meetings, company events, and send signals of disinterest.
